Job Description - Guest Services Agent**

role is to provide courteous and professional service to all guests checking in
and out of vacation homes and to offer assistance to guests as needed during
their stay.

**Essential Job Functions**




Respond on the phone and in person to all service requests from
guests in house.


Meet and Greets and VIP Warm Welcome Arrivals at vacation homes and oversee
all guest check-ins at rental office.


Troubleshoot maintenance issues
on the phone and assign and dispatch maintenance vendors when necessary. Follow up to make sure repairs are


Answer all incoming phone calls to office and transfer to
appropriate department


Assist unhappy guests and find ways to resolve issues to the guest's
satisfaction; follow up on guest
reviews for potential service recovery.


Prepare check in packets prior to guest arrival including key
organization and creation of electronic key codes.


Provide concierge service for all guests with restaurant,
shopping and attraction information.

High School diploma or equivalent required

b) Knowledge and skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Good written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Proven the ability to follow up on issues and address

c) Job experience

Previous customer service experience preferred.

d) Flexible Schedule

Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
